Hemverket believes in fair brokerage fees. They therefore offer a fixed fee.
Hemverket had recently adjusted their brand strategy. Our job was to help them create a concept and marketing activities accordingly. The overall goal was brand awareness.
In order to showcase the brand, set it a part from the competitors' and create curiosity, we decided to illustrate why Hemverket wants to modernize the real estate field. In order to affect the target audience on an emotional level we produced video spots. We aired the two films on commercial television channels within the TV4 Group and in Swedish cinemas.
Although mainly a brand awareness campaign, and not a conversion-focused campaign, our client's business has more than doubled after one and a half month.
